Is there a way of tranfering content created on one account to another one so that someone else can edit and maintain them?
Yes! You can absolutely transfer or share content between Compozer accounts, and there are a couple of ways to do it depending on whether the other person is in your Team or not.
1. If they’re part of your Team:
You can use a shared folder to give them access. Just move or copy the course into a shared folder and then share that folder with the person. They’ll appear in your Team list, and once they have access, they can edit and maintain the course directly. Any changes they make will be visible to everyone with access to that shared folder.
2. If they have their own Compozer license but aren’t in your Team:
In this case, you can send them a copy of the course. First, ask them for their Team ID, which they can find in their account settings. Then, in your dashboard, click the three dots on the course you want to share and select “Send a Copy.” Enter their Team ID in the field provided. This will send a complete copy of the course (including all assets) to their account. They’ll also get an email notification letting them know a new course has been sent. Once they receive it, they own their own version, and any edits they make will not affect your original course.
Both methods are great depending on whether you want to collaborate live within a Team or just give someone their own editable copy.
Ok great. Thank you for your reply.
Just a side question, so which is the account that can see ALL the courses, is there a super admin?
Sure is, it’s called the Owner account. This is the email used to set up the subscription and invite team members. There’s only one Owner per team, and that account can see every course created or in progress across the whole workspace. I’ve included a link below that gives a quick overview of each account level and its permissions.
