Hi, is it possible for Compozer users to share folders within a team? We’ve got a mid-sized team of course developers and we’d love to keep all our final files organized in a shared folder structure for easier maintenance and translation work.
We haven’t purchased any licenses yet, but we’re planning to get around 15 to 20 (most likely under the enterprise plan). Just want to confirm whether Compozer supports something like shared folders… similar to how Google Drive works. Important for us before we move forward.
Thank you!!!

Hi Eva,
Compozer’s shared folder feature works very much like Google Drive folders. You can absolutely create shared folders within your team so multiple users can access and collaborate on the same courses.
Here’s how it works:
When you create a folder in Compozer, you can choose to keep it private or share it with others in your team. To share it, you’ll need to invite specific users by adding their email addresses associated with their Compozer licenses. Only users who have an active license within your team will appear in the dropdown list when you share the folder.
Once shared, everyone you’ve invited will see the folder in their own workspace and can view or edit the courses inside it, depending on the permissions you assign. Users outside your licensed team won’t be able to access the shared folder.
This setup is perfect for teams who want to organize and collaborate efficiently, especially when maintaining or translating multiple course versions.
So yes, if you’re planning to go with the enterprise plan and add 15–20 licenses, you’ll have a shared workspace experience that works very much like Google folders.
Hope this helps!
