Hey everyone, I’m fairly new to Compozer and currently the only L&D person in my organisation which also means I’m the only one with a license.
I’m trying to figure out the best way for my team and stakeholders to review courses before publishing. Right now, I’ve just been sharing the course link so they can view it, but the feedback process is pretty clunky. They have to jot down notes separately or take screenshots to explain changes, which ends up being a bit messy and time-consuming.
For those of you in a similar setup, what’s been your go to method for collecting feedback from people who don’t have a Compozer license? Any smoother workarounds or tools you’ve found helpful?
Thanks in advance!

So you have a Pro License… access to ‘Review’?

Yes I do
but I’m just not sure if non-license holders can comment?

So, I was under the impression that if I publish to Review, then my stakeholders/colleagues would need a license/access to Compozer, which they don’t have. But maybe I’m wrong on that!

We currently only have 10 licenses within our organisation but we regularly have members of the wider team review content in Review. At times there are 20 to 30+ people who review different courses at any given time. The reviewers don’t need a paid license, they just need a Freemium one, you just send them the link to your course, via the Share icon on toolbar on the bottom of your review screen. This opens the Share Settings. You can add their emails so they will recieve all communication updates. All they need to do is click on the link provided in the email sent to them. The review system allows the reviewers to actually screenshot within the app so they can pin point what they comment about. The only thing they will need to do is enter their email and password (creates them a Free license) so they can leave comments for you. It’s all free.
