I’d like the learner to navigate/link between lessons within the same course in Compozer. I see that the button element supports linking to other lessons in the same course (via the Destination dropdown), but I also want to use hyperlinks in the text to link to other lessons. How can this be done?
Yes, you can absolutely link text to other lessons within your course in Compozer. Here’s how to do it:
-
Select the text you want to turn into a link. Once you do, the floating text toolbar will appear.
-
Click on the link icon in the toolbar.
-
In the link menu, you have a few options:
-
Paste an external URL to link outside your course.
-
Link to an existing lesson within your course. You’ll see a list of lessons appear, or you can search by typing the lesson name to find it quickly.
-
Once you select the lesson, your text will now act as a clickable link that takes learners directly to that lesson.
