What happens with my Compozer courses if I cancel the subscription?

Say I’ve been using an individual Pro license to build and export courses as SCORM packages, but then I decide not to renew my plan. If I come back later and renew my subscription, will my courses still be there waiting for me to pick up where I left off?

Basically, do inactive accounts keep their content saved in the background or does everything get deleted after a while?

Great question and it’s an important one to clarify.

If you’ve been using a Compozer Pro license and decide not to renew, don’t worry, your courses and all related assets will remain safely stored in your account. You won’t lose any of your data.

While your subscription is inactive, you’ll simply lose editing and export access - meaning you won’t be able to make changes to or publish your courses until your plan is reactivated. Once you renew your subscription, you’ll immediately regain full access, and all your courses will be right where you left them.

The only circumstance where your content would be permanently deleted is if you formally request account deletion through Compozer Support. This process is manual and irreversible, so unless you make that request, your courses will stay intact and ready for when you return.

In short, your work is safe. You can come back at any time, renew your plan, and pick up exactly where you left off.
