Your course cover image is the first thing learners see — it sets the tone and gives your course its visual identity. Whether you’re refreshing your design or branding multiple courses for different clients, updating the cover image in Compozer only takes a few quick steps.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you change your course cover image:
Step 1 – Go to “My Courses”
Once you’ve logged into your Compozer account, open the left-hand sidebar and select “My Courses.”
This is where all your existing courses are listed.
Step 2 – Choose Your Course
Find the course you want to update and click on it to open the course details page.
Step 3 – Open the Course Options
In the top-right corner of the current cover image, click on the three-dot icon (⋮) to open the options menu.
Step 4 – Select “Replace Cover Image”
From the dropdown menu, choose “Replace Cover Image.”
This will open your file browser so you can select a new image from your device.
Step 5 – Upload Your Image
Choose your new cover image and upload it.
For best results, use an image with dimensions around 660 x 370 pixels.
Images outside of this recommended size may appear stretched or cropped within the frame.
Step 6 – Save Your Changes
After uploading, make sure to save your changes. Your new image will now display as the cover image for that course.
That’s it — your course now has a fresh new look.
Changing the cover image is a simple way to keep your course library visually consistent, reflect updated branding, or make older content feel new again.
