If you’re new to Compozer, this quick-start guide will walk you through everything you need to know to begin creating beautiful, engaging eLearning content.
From exploring templates to customizing your first course, here’s exactly how to get up and running confidently.
Step 1 – Explore Templates
In the left-hand sidebar, you’ll find the Template Library, My Courses, and My Brands.
Start in the Template Library, where you’ll find over 100 pre-designed templates built for a wide range of industries and learning needs.
You can filter templates by category or style, or use the search bar to find something specific.
Select Preview to see how a template is structured before choosing it.
Step 2 – Choose a Template and Get Started
Once you’ve found a template that fits your needs, click “Get Started.”
This opens your new course in the Compozer editor, where you can begin building and tailoring it to your content.
Step 3 – Access Courses and Brands
To view or manage your projects, go to the My Courses page.
If you’re working with multiple clients or departments, visit My Brands to create or manage brand kits — complete with logos, colors, and fonts — to ensure each course reflects the right identity.
Step 4 – Customize Your Course
Inside the editor, you can start customizing your content.
Compozer’s pre-built blocks and interactions make it easy to:
-
Add or edit text and images
-
Insert videos and audio
-
Build quizzes and interactive elements
You can adjust layouts, change visuals, and refine everything until it aligns perfectly with your course goals and brand.
Step 5 – Access Your Account Settings
To manage your account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
From there, you can view and update:
-
Account details
-
Billing and usage information
-
Invoices and subscription settings
Step 6 – Get Support
If you ever need assistance, click the Support button (also in the top-right corner).
You’ll find a library of answers to common questions, along with direct access to the Compozer support team for any additional help.
Step 7 – Log Out
When you’re finished, click on your profile icon again and select “Log Out.”
This securely ends your session and returns you to the login screen.
That’s it — you’re all set.
By following these steps, you can start building high-quality, interactive courses in Compozer right away and take full advantage of everything the platform offers.
