Duplicating or deleting blocks in Compozer is a quick way to manage your course content efficiently. You can do this using either the block toolbar or the sidebar.
Step 1 – Select the Block
Navigate to the section containing the block you want to duplicate or delete.
Click on the block to select it — this will reveal the toolbar at the top of the block.
Step 2 – Duplicate a Block
In the toolbar, click the three-dot icon and select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
A copy of the block will appear directly below the original, ready for editing.
Step 3 – Delete a Block
To remove a block, click the three-dot icon in the toolbar and select Delete.
A confirmation message will appear — click Confirm Delete to permanently remove the block.
Step 4 – Use the Sidebar to Manage Blocks
You can also duplicate or delete blocks using the sidebar:

Click the Blocks button in the top-left corner to open the block list.

Find and select the block you want to manage.

Click the three-dot icon and choose Duplicate or Delete as needed.
