Knowledge checks are a great way to make sure learners understand the material before moving on. Here’s how to set them up so users must complete all checks before progressing to the next lesson:
Step 1 – Access Knowledge Check Settings
Before exporting your course, navigate to the export options and locate the Knowledge Check setting.
Step 2 – Enable Knowledge Checks
Turn on the Knowledge Check option.
This ensures learners must complete all knowledge checks before moving to the next lesson.
Step 3 – Understand Restrict Navigation
When Knowledge Checks are enabled, the Restrict Navigation setting is automatically activated.
This setting prevents learners from skipping ahead until they’ve successfully completed all required checks.
Step 4 – Export Your Course
With the Knowledge Check and Restrict Navigation settings enabled, proceed to export your course.
Choose the export format that suits your LMS or delivery method and finalize the course.
By following these steps, you ensure learners engage with all key content and demonstrate understanding before progressing, making your courses more effective and interactive.
